Beet Chips
So have you heard of a Pinterest fail? Usually it seems like it has to do with crafts or something along those lines. Well this was a Pinterest fail recipe and I know what I did wrong. The recipe said to use a mandoline slicer, but I didn't have one. I thought I would be able to cut the beets thin enough without it. Well, I couldn't. The butternut squash, lettuce and feta (Caprini Creamery) on the salad is from HHM. Caramelized Onion Butternut Squash Ingredients 1 2-3 lb. Butternut squash 1/4 cup olive oil 2 t

It didn't take much time either and it used some of the tomatoes that needed to be eaten. This recipe felt light and healthy. This meal we had Tomato Soup, Garlic and Cheese N
